WSCC - Windows System Control Center 3.0.0.0 + Portable
WSCC — Windows System Control Center — позволяет вам устанавливать, обновлять, выполнять и организовать услуги из различных системных утилит люкс, таких как Windows Sysinternals Suite и Nirsoft Utilities. Включив Update Manager можно проверить новые версии утилит уже установленных, и можно загрузить и установить недостающие элементы.
Кроме того, WSCC может использовать протокол HTTP для загрузки и запуска программ. WSCC использует встроенную WSCC консоль для выполнения приложений командной строки. WSCC портативный, установка не требуется. Распаковать ZIP архив в любую директорию на компьютере.

После запкска программы сразу нажал обговление — через минут пять программа предложила скачать и установить на ваш выбор (из более чем 100) программы и утилиты.
Все делает сама. По умолчанию (настройки можно менять) все будет устанавливаться в C:Program FilesSysinternals Suite и C:Program FilesNirSoft Utilities.

WSCC is a free program that allows you to install, update, execute and organize the utilities from various system utility suites. WSCC is only an interface, you need to download and install the utilities separately. Alternatively, WSCC can use the http protocol to download and run the programs. The included Update Manager can check for newer versions of the utilities already installed and can download and install the missing items. The setup packages are downloaded from the author's website!
WSCC uses the included WSCC Console to execute command line applications. WSCC is portable, installation is not required. Extract the content of the downloaded zip archive to any directory on your computer. WSCC Portable Edition is designed for use on the PortableApps.com Platform. WSCC U3 Edition is designed for use on the U3 smart drives and integrates itself into the U3 launchpad.
