Xcode 6 Beta 5 MacOSX




This is a pre-release version of the complete Xcode developer toolset for Mac, iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad.
It includes the Xcode IDE, iOS Simulator, and all required tools and frameworks for building OS X and iOS apps.
To develop apps targeting prior versions of OS X or iOS, see the section "About SDKs and the iOS Simulator"
in What's New in Xcode from the Help> What's New in Xcode command when running Xcode.


Included iOS SDK: iOS 5 beta 8
Included Mac SDK: OS X v10.10
This release is distributed as a single application bundle.
To install, double-click the DMG file, and drag the Xcode6-Beta5.app file to your Applications folder.
Within Xcode you can launch additional developer tools, such as Instruments and FileMerge, via the menu item
Xcode> Open Developer Tool
You can then keep the additional tools in your Dock for access when Xcode is not running.

System requirements:
- OS X version 10.9.3+ or OS X 10.10 Developer Preview
- OS X Server 3.2 Developer Preview (10.9.3+) or OS X Server 4.0 Developer Preview (10.10)
- It does not run on earlier versions of OS X
To use Xcode's Continuous Integration service with this Xcode beta,
you need either OS X 10.9.4 with OS X Server 3.2 Developer Preview or OS X 10.10 beta
with OS X Server 4.0 developer preview.
