What fixed in Maintenance Release 09:
The problem where Datum planes belonging to a Datum CSYS were not selectable when the scale factor was large is fixed.
The problem where de-selection of components did not de-select all components in an assembly is fixed.
The problem where the constraint between an NX part and a Coordinate System in a JT part could not be resolved is fixed.
The problem in Routing where the "Reference" Option in Qualify Part, Port Characteristics did not work correctly is fixed.
The problem in Translators where components were translated from layers not marked for translation is fixed.
