STAR-CD is a multipurpose one "heavy" CFD-development package CD-adapco group (formerly known as Computational Dynamics Ltd), the first to include a procedure for the so-called "Moving mesh". Efficient algorithm parallelization decisions based on application of the finite volume method, in combination with the unique methods of automated partitioning flow region allow to simulate tasks of any geometric complexity.
